BOARD
BRIEFS
The Fairview Board of School Directors held
its regular public meeting on
December 30, 2002, and took action on the
following matters:
·
Approved the minutes of the December 3, 2002,
reorganization meeting
·
The treasurer’s report for November, 2002, was approved
·
Bills payable and payroll for December, 2002, were
approved
·
Approved that Policy 603 and AP 603 be waived to
delay the budget adoption time line by one month for the
preparation of the 2003/2004 budget only.
·
Approved the list of personnel matters and
substitute addendums
·
Approved the superintendent to sign the Letter of
Agreement between GECAC Drug & Alcohol Service Network and
the district
·
Approved the PDE Form 3074(a) the self-certification application for non-reimbursable
construction project and
to send to PDE
·
Approved the dates and times for the following
board committee meetings:
6:30 p.m. –
Committee of the Whole
7:35 p.m. – 8:50
p.m. – Operations and Education Committees
8:55 p.m. –
10:10 p.m. – Budget & Finance and Employee Relations/ECA
The above
committee meetings will be held at Fairview Elementary School on
the following dates:
January 13, 2003
August 4, 2003
February 10, 2003
September 8, 2003
March 10, 2003
October 13, 2003
April 14, 2003
November 10, 2003
May
12, 2003
to change the Reorganization
meeting date to
June
9, 2003
December 3, 2003
