The
Fairview School Foundation is offering a $300.00 scholarship to a graduating
senior planning to pursue post secondary education in Mathematics or
Engineering. Applicants must have a
minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale and be a graduating senior from Fairview High
School.
The
applicant MUST provide the following documents:
A.
Completed
application – The application should be specific as to participation in sports,
extra-curricular activities, school and community service, as well as other
responsibilities. Application forms
lacking required information will not be considered.
B.
Two
(2) letters of recommendation from individuals familiar with your participation
in athletics and/or school and community service as described in sections I and
III of the application.
All of the above documents must be
submitted on or before March 30, 2012. Applications
submitted after this date will not be considered.
