FAIRVIEW SCHOOL FOUNDATION

 

School Service Recognition Award

 

The Fairview School Foundation is offering three (3) $1,000.00 scholarships to graduating seniors planning to pursue post secondary education.  The primary consideration for this award and accompanying scholarship will be the applicant’s contribution to the Fairview School District. 

 

            The applicant MUST meet the following requirements:

 

A.   Applicants must have a GPA of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale and be a graduating senior from Fairview High School.

 

B.   Completed application – the application must be typed and should be specific as to activities, awards, and community service experiences.  Application forms lacking required information or not typed will be disqualified.

 

C.   Two (2) letters of recommendation from individuals familiar with the school service as described in Section II of the application.

 

 

All of the above documents must be submitted no later than March 30, 2012. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
