Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment

Erik Kincade joined the Fairview School District in 2006 as the first Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. Prior to coming to Fairview, Mr. Kincade was a middle/high school principal at Oswayo Valley School District in Potter County.
Originally a high school English teacher, Mr. Kincade has had a variety of educational experiences. While in the Bradford School District, he held positions of Alternative Education Director, Student Council Advisor, Student Assistance Team Leader, and Varsity Basketball Coach. He continues to teach at Gannon University as an adjunct professor in the Curriculum and Instruction graduate program.
Mr. Kincade earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education English from Slippery Rock University in 1995 and his Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Gannon in 2001. He completed the Indiana University Principal certification program in 2002 and the Gannon University Superintendent Letter of Eligibility program in 2006. He is currently enrolled in the Gannon University Ph.D. in Organizational Learning and Leadership program.
Mr. Kincade proudly lives in the Fairview community with his wife Shannon and their three daughters Madison, Sydney, and Ally.
