PATS Membership Application Form

Purpose of organization:  To promote communication between parents, students, administrators and teachers through parent involvement.

Items of interest:  PATS is an organization of parents working together to support learning, students' achievements and successes during their high school years when schools (teachers, administrators) work with parents and students to support learning.  Children tend to succeed not just in school but throughout life.

We would like to extend a warm invitiation to ALL parents to become members of the PATS organization.

Monthly meeting are held on the first Monday of the month at 9 am at Fairview High school.  Membership in the organization does not require your attendance at the meeting, although everyone is welcome.

The $10.00 annual contribution per family supports the activities and opportunities, which we provide to the students and staff throughout the year.  Some of the activities include: Bus driver breakfast, Senior breakfast, School assemblies, Staff appreciation luncheon, Secretary day, Senior Scholarships, After-Prom Safe-Party, Special requests from teachers.
