Mrs. Filippi has been at FES for over 30 years. She has her Elementary Education Degree and her Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Gannon University and her Reading Specialist Certification from the University of Pittsburgh.

Mrs. Filippi is the Reading Specialist for our Title I Services at FES. She leads 7 highly qualified interventionists to assist students in the area of reading. All interventionists follow specific lesson plans that follow the classroom teacher in the area of phonics. Below is a list of the current interventionists at FES.
