Dear FMS Music Ensemble Parent(s)/Guardian(s) and Students,

The start of a new school year is always an exciting time. Please take a moment to read through the following information about the music ensembles at FMS.  During the months of May through September, you may sign up for Band and/or Choir by visiting the Google Form Link provided at the end of this letter.  As of October 1st, you must contact Mrs. Mummert to be signed up for participation. Also, as of October 1st, you may no longer drop out of the ensemble.  Concert selections, rehearsal preparations, etc. are determined by the number of students signed up and the instrumentation/voicing of the ensembles as they are.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Mrs. Mummert at mummertcarrie@fairviewschools.org.
