Public Records

You have the right to request access to the Fairview School District’s public records. Requests for public records are to be made to the Open Records officer, Larry Kessler. Requests may be submitted in person, by mail, by email, or by facsimile.

Requests are encouraged to be in writing, and may be made using the Fairview School District Public Records Request Form which can be found below. Additionally, requests may be made using the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records Uniform Request Form, available at http://openrecords.state.pa.us .
