We can't wait for our students and community to enjoy it.

Students in Mrs. Yates' 5th Grade Math class created a "Math About Me" page to learn about each other as they ease back into school. They created math sentences that describe different numbers in their lives. Check them out at Open House tonight on your child's locker!

What a great First Day of School we had! The students could not have been more excited to see their friends and their teachers, especially the Kindergarteners! Could they be any cuter?

Let's make a great start to the new year.

And the theme for the 2023-24 school year is...Be the One.
This theme comes from the quote, "Be the one who nurtures and builds. Be the one who has an understanding and a forgiving heart, one who looks for the best in people. Leave people better than you found them”

Yesterday, we had many members of our Fairview community, both past and present come to see the new high school. Lee (Severin) Stekla and Karen (Harayda) Pier, pictured here, are a part of the first class ('76) to spend all four years in the original school building.
Thank you to those that came to see the building.

FHS Marketing students created a print advertisement showcasing what makes them proud to be a student at Fairview High School.

It is in 4th-grade science class that our students get to learn more about the different habitats; how they are formed, their differences, and the species that live there. In these lessons, they get to dig deep into the different types of birds and each student gets a chance to pick 1 bird to learn more about. To make the lesson extra special, Dr. Bookhamer uses his magical skills with the 3-D printer and makes replicas of these birds. Dr. Bookhamer made 156 3-D birds!

The ceramics one students celebrated the seniors’ last day with a hot coco and ramen noodle party served in their own hand-crafted mugs and bowls.
