The purpose of our PTO is to both promote the well-being of the students of Fairview Middle School by providing support for their educational needs, and to promote a working partnership between administration, teachers & parents. The PTO raises funds and coordinates a variety of programs in partnership with the school,organizes volunteers for school activities, and builds a strong community of teachers, parents and children through social events and communication. Meetings are typically held the first Wednesday of the month in the middle school PTO room with a reminder being posted on Schoology All parents are welcome to attend. Attending meetings is a great way to hear about upcoming events and to add your input. New ideas are always welcome!
One of the best ways to help your student is to get involved. Studies show that students who have parents actively involved in their education do better in school.

Ways to support the FMS PTO
We encourage everyone to support our middle school PTO. Your contributions help fund over a dozen events and activities totaling over $15,000 in spending directly related to our students. You can reach the PTO via email to fmspto@fairviewschools.org or by dropping a note into our mailbox in the FMS front office.
You can support the PTO through monetary donations by filling out the donation form and sending your payment to the FMS front office in an envelope marked “PTO donation”. Checks to be made payable to “FMS PTO”. We thank everyone for their continued support!!
