Students in Mrs. Jones' Honors Geometry course have crowned the new Most Interesting Mathematician Survivor: John Von Neumann (Cora, Adi, Allie, Ana)! Each week, the students would plan interactive presentations to relay information to prove why their mathematician was the most interesting. Then, a mathematician would be eliminated each week until one mathematician survived. Our runner up group presented on Kaczynski (Sadie, Tessa, Sam, Maddy, Carlo). Both groups did a fantastic job each week!

Check out the new books Jordan recommends! Also, don't forget that students can always recommend books to add to our collection.

There’s nothing better than connecting our curriculum with our community! Spanish 4 and Independent Study were fully immersed in Spanish for about three hours taking a tour of the Erie Art Museum all in Spanish and learning about their exhibits related to Spanish-speaking cultures then ordering from Dina’s Dominican Kitchen. Thank you to everyone in our Spanish-speaking community (including the person in line who was amazed at how good their Spanish was) for helping us use our Spanish out in the world!
