Enrollment for the 2022-23 school year is now open! Kindergarten Parent Information & Backpack Pick-Up Event will be 6-7pm on Wed., April 20 at Fairview Elementary School.

Step 1 for New Students - Complete Enrollment Forms
Option 1 for 2021-22 & 2022-23 Enrollment (recommended)

Access our online registration portal. If you have previously enrolled a different student or submitted a returning student verification using this system, you may login with your existing account. Otherwise, click "Create Account". Complete and submit the online enrollment. Using this option will also give you the ability to upload required documents.

Option 2 for 2021-22 & 2022-23 Enrollment
Paper forms are available in the offices at Fairview High School, Fairview Middle School, and Fairview Elementary School.

Step 2 - Submit Required Documents
Option 1 - Portal Upload
Upload the required documents through the portal. An enrollment application can only be submitted once. Once the enrollment application is submitted, any documents that were not included, will need to be submitted by a different method. Fairview School District retains the right to request to verify originals of any documents submitted electronically.

Option 2 - Kindergarten Parent Information Night (April 20)
Bring required documents for new kindergarten students to the Parent Information Night at 6:00pm on Wed., April 20 at the Elementary School (5145 Avonia Rd, Fairview PA).

Option 3 - Schedule Appointment
Schedule an appointment and bring the required documents to the Registrar's Office at 
Fairview High School (7460 McCray Rd, Fairview, PA). Park in the South Lot (near the tennis courts) and enter through the doors on the left.

If you have submitted everything online, including all required documents, it is not necessary to schedule an appointment at this time.

- Two Proofs of Residency
Primary Proof of Residency (property deed, current lease, current mortgage statement, current property tax bill, or current utility bill—cable, electricity, gas, garbage, landline, street light, or water)
Secondary Proof of Residency (Second document from above list, current bank statement, current cell phone bill, current credit card bill, current pay stub, valid driver’s license, valid state identification card, or valid vehicle registration card)
